Return Policy
Online returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date. In order to process your return, items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Once received by our warehouse, the return takes 3-5 business days to process. After processing, your refund can take up to 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuing bank.
Apparel must be unworn with original tags attached. Footwear must be unworn and in its original shoebox. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements. We do not allow price adjustments on merchandise purchased on Mivioo.com.
