Return Policy Online returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date. In order to process your return, items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Once received by our warehouse, the return takes 3-5 business days to process. After processing, your refund can take up to 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuing bank.
Apparel must be unworn with original tags attached. Footwear must be unworn and in its original shoebox. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements. We do not allow price adjustments on merchandise purchased on Mivioo.com.
Exchanges Before returning the goods, please contact our customer service at contact@mivioo.com and let us know the reason for the return so we can process your request correctly.Merchandise must be in original, unworn condition, with tags attached, and accompanied by the return slip for the return to be processed.
